Article 1. Application of Terms and Conditions

1. The accommodation contract and all related contracts entered by this hotel shall be set according to these terms and conditions, and matters not regulated by these terms and conditions shall be in accordance with laws and customs.

2. Credit card reservations shall follow these terms and conditions but details shall observe the terms and conditions between the credit card company and the hotel affiliate.

3. This hotel can enter a special contract as long as it does not violate the objectives of these terms and conditions, laws, and customs regardless of the previous clause.


Article 2. Refusal of Hotel Stay

This hotel can refuse guests to stay in any of the following cases.

1. If a hotel reservation does not observe this contract

2. If there are no extra rooms due to reaching full capacity

3. If a guest seeking to stay in the hotel is admitted to raise concerns of committing actions that are against the laws related to hotel accommodations, public order, or standard customs

4. If it is admitted clearly that a guest trying to stay in the hotel is a patient carrying a contagious disease

5. If a guest demands unnecessary compensation for his/her stay in the hotel

6. If a guest is admitted to be owning a pet, dangerous drugs, explosive materials, or weapons

7. If the hotel cannot meet the request of accommodation due to a natural disaster, facility breakdowns, and other inevitable reasons

8. If the hotel is admitted to be unable to host guests according to South Korean laws


Article 3. Information such as Name

1. A guest’s name, gender, nationality, and occupation

2. Other matters deemed necessary by the hotel


Article 4. Check-in Registration Process

All guests must register the following in the front desk of this hotel on the check-in date.

1. Information in Article 3 Section 1

2. Passport number, type of visa, and arrival date in South Korea for foreigners

3. Date of birth for Koreans

4. Date of departure

5. Other information deemed necessary by the hotel


Article 5. Check-in and Check-out Times

1. Check-in is 3pm.

2. Check-out time is 11am.

3. If you delay your check-out time, you will be charged an additional fee per hour.

4. If you check-out after 3pm, you will be charged a rate per night.


Article 6. Payment of Fees

1. The payment of fees must be made only in Korean Won or traveler’s check, coupon, or credit card approved by the hotel. All guests must pay the fees when they arrive at or depart from the hotel or at the front desk of this hotel when asked by the hotel. However, personal checks are not accepted.

2. Guests are charged fees for accommodation even though they do not stay in the hotel after checking-in.

3. All room charges are based on the number of beds in a room and additional fees may be charged of a number of people staying in the room is added.

4. A loss fee of 20,000 KRW Is charged if a room key card is lost.


Article 7. Refund and Cancellation

All charges shall follow the cancellation and refund rules below.

- Cancelling before 4 days [100% refundable]

- Cancelling before 3 days [50% refundable]

- Cancelling before 2 days [20% refundable]

- Cancelling before 1 day or on the scheduled check-in date [non-refundable]


Article 8. Responsibility of Hotel Stay

1. The hotel is responsible for its accommodation of guests from either when the guest registers or checks-in at the front desk of this hotel or when the guest is directed into the room depending on which one occurs first, and the hotel’s responsibility ends when the guest checks-out from the room.

2. The hotel is not responsible for any accident caused by the guest’s failure to observe the rules provided by the hotel.

3. If the hotel guarantees its accommodation reservation and fails to provide a room to its guest, the hotel shall find the same-level or better quality of accommodations and compensate 100% for the first day of accommodation.


Article 9. Return of Room Key Card

1. All guests must receive the room key cards at the front desk during check-in, and return the key cards to a front desk staffer during check-out.

2. If a guest lost the room keys during his/her stay, please report the loss to the front desk without any delay.

3. If a guest checked-out without returning the room kays, please send the room keys back to the hotel by mail or other methods without any delay.

 

Article 10. Hotel Stay of Underage

1. Guests of age 19 or under may face restrictions to stay in the hotel. (including high school graduates and college freshmen whose birthday has not passed).

2. Underage guests can stay in the hotel only by providing the required documents.

    - 1 copy of agreement for underage guest’s stay provided by the hotel

    - 1 copy of the underage guest’s parents or guardian

    - 1 document that can prove the relationship between the underage guest and parents or guardian (certified copy or a certificate of family relationship)
